If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photographic proof of the damage and I will do my best to repair/replace the item (subject to availability of materials), otherwise a refund may be requested (only if damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery). If the item is not damaged upon receipt, or damage goes unreported after 24 hours of the USPS delivery date, the item will be considered satisfactory and no refunds will be given.
